When Mental Feel is our natural strength and when we USE it the way it was designed, then the feel good part of Mental Feel becomes the predominant way that we experience it – the calm quietness of our mind combines with an easy flowing, imaginative and infinite source of problem solving thoughts and ideas.
It’s being STUCK in worry and our brain in overwhelm that causes us problems (as well as making us feel crappy). It’s the STUCK in worry that slows us down from creating what we want and it’s the STUCKNESS that slows us down from changing what we most care about. When we use our Mental Feel as the guidance that it is, then the worry side of Mental Feel gets less and less until it just pokes its head up when we need a warning signal that we’re headed in the “wrong” direction or it may just be that there’s something needs knowing or changing.
