Are you curious to know whether what I’ve written in the picture is really true or not?
Let’s see shall we?
Over the next few pages, we’re going to be talking about ALL the ways in which YOU personally and uniquely experience your connection to others. Today we’re talking specifically about those who experience their connection to others with Emotional Feel as PART of their unique way of feeling.
Those of you with Emotional Feel as a natural talent will probably know what I’m talking about. An example – when we walk into a room and someone’s sad, we can go from feeling good, to feeling their sadness, or from feeling good to feeling their anger, or from feeling good to feeling their fear or frustration or whatever else.
This is a natural part of life, not a random thing or some kind of “over-sensitivity”. There’s simply something for you to know or do, for or about that person or animal – and when you get what I call the ahaaa moment, pffft! the feeling vanishes. You’ve got the message, you’ve understood it, so the message is simply gone.
It’s THAT easy.
This is a priceless gift from our soul, not the burden that this sensitivity feels like when we don’t understand it.
I’ve got dozens of stories of spectacular release of emotional overwhelm that happened when people understood that the emotions they had been feeling – sometimes for a long time – weren’t even theirs.
Imagine the gloriousness of being able to understand someone else’s fear and anger and frustration and grief and being able to make your own decisions based on that understanding?
Imagine the conflicts that wouldn’t even happen or that you could resolve easily?
Are you curious about how understanding your emotional connection to others might guide you through your life soooo much more easily?
