OK folks, let’s rock and roll – let’s set you up to notice if Energy Feel is part of the way you experience your Inner Guidance system – the same Inner Guidance system that makes it possible to change something that you care about and joyfully create something better for yourself and with others – when that’s in harmony with what they care about and what they want to create.
Now we’re going to add a more conscious awareness of Energy Feel to the Physical and Emotional Feels that you may or may not have experienced yet in the previous inner awareness exercises. (Remember, that each of us has our unique experience of Feel, with one or more ways of feeling stronger than others and all of us different.)
So we’re going to particularly focus on how you personally may be UNIQUELY experiencing your Energy Feel in your connection to others. Just like before, you can practice this right now while you’re reading.
While you’re reading, slow down and read the following words slowly and deliberately.
Pay gentle attention to your OUTWARD breath for a few breaths.
That’s it… feel me smiling… reading sloooowwww…. and at the same time notice the way that the lower part of your ribs move on that outward breath – the way that the ribs just kind of squash the air from your lungs. And you’re not doing that on purpose, you’re just smiling a little bit and noticing for one breath…

Still with your gentle attention on your outward breath, notice what changes on the inside of you when you smile with your eyes just a little. Ahhh you can still feel the difference hey? Just notice the effect of that smileyness for a breath.

Here inside you is a place of awareness where you can feel for yourself whether Energy Feel is a part of your unique way of feeling or not…
- where you can notice any energy in your body that’s moving, stuck, stagnant or explosive – IF Energy Feel is one of your natural talents…
- where you can smilingly and with curiosity ask yourself “Whose energy feelings are these?” and “What do I need to know or do about them?”
- where you can simply allow the answers to flow in the perfect time, knowing that the answers WILL come, now or later.
- where you can find your own understanding of ALL your feelings, including the energy and where you can practice the smiley curiosity about how all those feelings might be guiding you about yourself or others…
Ahhhh and smiling for just another breath…

I know this seems like such small thing to do, but it’s worth while to make a habit of having a wriggle and a stretch and maybe even a little walk around the room, feeling the way that your feet are flexing on the floor or the ground as you walk. It gives our body a chance to re-program itself.
